Steps for Letting your Property
- Decide whether you wish the property to be let as furnished or unfurnished.
- Clarify that your Financial Lender /Insurance has no stipulations that prevent you from letting your property.
- If you are offering your property as furnished, please ensure that the contents meet with all current safety regulations.
- Provide a current Gas Safety Certificate, if you do not have one, we would be able to arrange this inspection for you at our published price.
- Ensure that you have working smoke alarms on all floors.
- Ensure that the property is in good clean order, as this is the way that you will expect the property to be returned to you.
