A dynamic independently owned company, Avenues Property Sales, Lettings and Management was established in 2006. Our focus has always been to serve Glasgow and West Central Scotland by providing a professional yet individual service for all clients.

Our extensive knowledge within the property industry totals over 20 years. During Avenues’ first three years, the business has rapidly grown as have our range of services. Our team are highly educated and dedicated individuals with a passion to succeed and provide a level of service to landlords, tenants and applicants alike. As Director of the company, I am very much hands on and like nothing more than handling the daily running of the business and would not have it any other way.

Our nominated contractors are all highly skilled within their professions and offer a high standard of workmanship. All Contractors who conduct work on behalf of our clients are vetted and have all the essential insurances required and furthermore are routinely checked at random to ensure the level of work does not diminish. In addition, price checks and comparisons are often monitored to be sure our clients receive the best price to hand for the work undertaken.
